Business Mentoring differs from Consultancy in that it enables people to find their own solutions via a coaching style vs being told what to do. I believe YOU know your business better than anyone and benefit greatly from having a sounding board and someone to ask you the right questions for you to see the answers. I'm worried the costs will spiral out of control As I operate on a fixed price basis there is no danger of this happening - you will always be clear what you are paying and I will confirm everything in writing.
