About Bamboula Restuarant Cafe Bar

Bamboula translates into the phrase "To live it up" and having run a series of hotels in France for several years, chef/ owner Nick Gulliford saw an opening in Poole Quay for Modern French Cuisine in more stylish and comtemporary surroundings than the traditional Poole Quayside Restaurants at the time.
